History

Synoptek, Inc. (now Guzman & Griffin Technologies, Inc. (GGTI)) was founded by the late Mr. Terry R. Griffin in 1997 and was incorporated in 1998 as a Maryland corporation.  In 2001, Mr. Griffin gradually ceded his responsibilities for, and control of, the company to his long-time employee, Mr. Luis C. Guzman, Jr. In January 2007, Mr. Guzman became President, with 51% ownership of the company. Mr. Griffin remained as a member of the Synoptek staff as the Vice President and Senior Advisor. Today, Mr. Guzman is responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the company, including establishing and presenting the company strategy, goals, and objectives.  GGTI is located near the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) William J.
