Bryant Penn

Senior Manager

Bryant provides leadership for GGTI’s Operational Readiness task order and administration and operations services. He has more than 17 years of experience supporting the FAA with developing safety policy and initiatives. Bryant enjoys performing a breadth of activities to support, modernize, and grow GGTI including: program and project management, contract management, and proposal management. Bryant has a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Salisbury University and a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University.  He also holds a Project Management Professional certificate

Bryant is passionate about good governance and creating robust and resilient approaches to getting work done. Through his early career work supporting updates to the FAA’s Air Transportation Oversight System and other FAA safety policies, Bryant quickly gained interest in aviation and policy analysis. This experience led to opportunities to support the development and implementation of the Air Traffic Organization Safety Management System Manual, and other roles in safety data analysis and reporting.

With encouragement from mentors and support from Luis Guzman, Bryant moved into a managerial role within GGTI. Today, Bryant uses the knowledge and skills he’s acquired to support the strategy and vision of GGTI, coach and mentor GGTI staff and ensure GGTI clients receive value from the services GGTI provides.
