Robert Polillo

Technical Program Manager

Rob manages GGTI’s Independent Operational Assessment team. He has more than 35 years of experience supporting the FAA as a program manager, while holding executive level positions with his associated companies. Robert has a degree in Business Administration.  He also holds a Project Management Professional certificate

In the early part of his career Robert worked with the Penn Central Transportation Company railroad in Philadelphia supporting the conveyance of operational rail lines to Conrail and local passenger lines. Despite the Conrail takeover, the reorganized Penn Central Corporation continued holding significant real estate assets, and Robert served as Deputy Director of Real Estate. In 1985, he resigned to start his own small business in arts and graphics.

In 1988, Robert began supporting the FAA on the Logistic Support Services Contract, a national contract servicing all FAA Regions and Centers. Robert contemplated retirement in 2017 before joining GGTI, which he describes as the best business decision of his career. When remarking on GGTI’s company culture, he stated, “Luis recognizes the employee and treats each and every one like family.”
